Inspired by the Sanskrit word Shantanu (tranquility and presence), Sentanu was born as the embodiment of our vision: to provide homes that are calming, meaningful, and artistic.

Officially established in 2022 as PT. Alam Sentanu Propertindo and present under the Sentanu Land brand, our journey has grown from the extensive experience of our founders, who have been active in the property sector since 2017. Starting with small projects in South Tangerang and the surrounding area, this step shaped our direction towards developing clusters, townhouses, and unique residences that convey both artistic value and meaning.
